- Organize traditional festivals, spiritual programs, and annual rituals with active community participation.
- Host workshops and cultural sessions to teach younger generations traditional Kashmiri customs, language, and rituals.

- Channel funds collected through Mochiphol into structured youth development initiatives, including sports, arts, talent showcases, and academic mentorship.
- Create a dedicated youth wing within the association to encourage young members to take leadership roles in community organizing.
3. Comprehensive Member Directory Drive
- Complete an accurate, up-to-date digital database of all current residents and members.
- Streamline contact channels via WhatsApp, online forms, and the web portal to ensure prompt information delivery.
4. Spiritual Upliftment & Neighborhood Harmony
- Conduct community-wide events, such as the upcoming November Havan, to promote spiritual wellness, soul purification, and peaceful coexistence.
- Organize regular community get-togethers to foster stronger interpersonal relationships among families.
5. Digital Expansion & Transparency
- Maximize the utility of our official website for digital donations, event announcements, and community feedback.
- Ensure full operational transparency in the management of community funds and project execution.
